Muscle recovery could be one of the most important things you can do for longevity to working out. Most gym goers do not consider muscle recovery, and either use the soreness as an excuse not to go as often as they should, or over time their body begins to breakdown causing them semi to permanent damage to their body.
Over the past few months I’ve been looking at my routine at the gym, trying to make the most of my time there, and to maximize my efforts for the best results possible. While some of these to-dos you may already be done, and forgot about it. When writing this, it was a nice reminder of things that I need to do a better job with as well.
At one point we all were novices at the gym, wondering around trying not the be noticed, and really have no clue as what to do. So maybe we look at what others are doing and try to mimic them when they weren’t looking, or perhaps we went on YouTube and started doing what the bodybuilders doing. What I do know now, is I wish I had prevented some of the bad habits I’m working on fixing now.
