Highly regarded as a great source of essential fatty acids, Safflower oil has many positives we can all benefit from. Mostly comprised from omega 6 fatty acids, it also contains a small amount of CLA (conjugated Linoleic acid). There are two types of Safflower oil; high-oleic and high-Linoleic. Like olive oil, the high-oleic variety of Safflower oil contains monounsaturated fats and is a good option for cooking at high temps.
