How to Burn the Most Amount of Fat in 30 Minutes?
Answer: Kettlebells!
I have been involved with weight training and sports for my entire life. While training for sports, I was exposed to a variety of strength and conditioning techniques. When I became bored with those traditional weight training styles, I turned to kettlebells. Throughout the past several years I have trained with some of the best professionals in the field. Kettlebell training is a highly efficient and dynamic way to burn fat while sculpting a lean and athletic figure. It combines cardiovascular training with muscle and strength building, while simultaneously improving coordination and flexibility for a superior workout in less time. It requires skill, balance, and willpower, proving a great test for athletes and weekend warriors alike. I have no doubt that once you try training with kettlebells, you will be hooked! The combination of cardiovascular training coupled with muscle activation is the optimal way to ignite your metabolism to burn fat many hours post workout.
Kettlebell training focuses on different areas other than fitness, it helps strengthen the mind, body, and improve your quality of life. I typically point out the following when explaining my kettlebell philosophy:
MIND – Kettlebell training improves your mental focus by combining multiple body movements into a single exercise. This causes you to be more mindful of how each exercise is performed.
BODY – Kettlebell training improves your body by simultaneously burning fat, sculpting lean muscle mass, and strengthening the core.
LIFE – Kettlebell training will keep you feeling younger, more energetic, and prevent injuries by maintaining a strong core.
My favorite kettlebell move is the snatch. This involves an explosive acceleration originating from the hips and legs, that sends the kettlebell overhead. It requires effort from many different muscle groups, coordination, and timing, making it the ultimate kettlebell movement.
