Kettlebell Workout: Fat Burning 101
We previously did an article around the most efficient way to burn fat, which is using kettlebells. So, we thought it would helpful if we gave a custom workout for you to try on your own!
But first, I wanted to highlight the importance of a healthy diet with combination of working out. I recommend following a plant-based diet to maximize your nutrients and supplementing for protein with our Nirvana Life – Pr plant-based protein. I always told clients “You can never workout hard enough to compensate for a bad diet” – what I mean is, if you are eating an unhealthy and high calorie diet it’s virtually impossible to burn off enough calories to compensate.
Below is a kettlebell workout that I developed to help build strength and burn fat – give it a try!
The Fat Burning Routine

Jogging in place, jumping jacks, squats followed by some light stretching for 5 minutes.

Once you have exhausted your muscles, they need high-quality nutrients quickly (within 20 minutes) so your muscles can start the repairing process. Be sure to get some plant-based protein that will absorb quickly into the bloodstream thus getting delivered to your muscles quickly to maximize the results of your intense effort you just completed!
