Make a delicious shake using Nirvana Life Pr Protein. Our delicious recipe will make you want to put on a flannel shirt and breath in that cool fall air after a good workout!
Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake:
- 1 scoop of Pr Vanilla Charm Protein Powder by Nirvana Life Nutrition
- 8 oz of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- ¼ cup to ½ cup (dependent on how much you love pumpkin) of Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon
- ½ tsp of Nutmeg
