Superfood Smoothie + Antioxidant Boost
Background
Nirvana Life – Pr Protein contains various superfoods and antioxidants, along with 24 grams (per serving) of pea and brown rice protein. However, I enjoy stacking the plant-based protein with other superfoods twice a week to jam pack my diet with key nutrients that make me healthier. Below are a couple of my favorite recipes I combine with Nirvana Life – Pr to maximize my nutrient absorption – enjoy!
Recipe
Serving Size: ~1 Serving
Ingredients:
- 2 oz of tart cherry juice (or 1 cup of frozen dark cherries)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 cup of kale
- 1 whole kiwi
- 14 oz of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of Nirvana

Fill blender with your 14 oz of unsweetened then add all the
ingredients above.
